This past year it's been around 2pm to 4pm depending on the day. When I start work, it's going to have to be somewhere in between 10am - 1 pm or late in the evening around 10pm or later...

6:00 in the morning, I get to do whatever I need the rest of the day. When I get called for overtime I won't be able to workout.

The majority of the time I train after 10 or.. usually starting at 930ish ending at 1030ish, I can never bring myself to train during the day unless i have night time plans... its usually a "shit i have to get to the gym at least an hour before they close" thing for me.. i like it thought because there are less people meaning no wait time for equipment, and less distractions..

I have no energy in the morning. I've tried workout out in the A.M. twice & they have been two of the worst of my life.

Just the oppisit with me.. After a full day at work and the train ride home, I'm thru.. I use to go at 6:00 P.M. The place is packed, all the juiceheads (no offence to anyone), everyone bullshitting around, had to wait in line to use a bench or a machine.. The workouts sucked..

If you're used to working out later in the day, it might take you more than just a couple of workouts to adapt to the early morning. I used workout at night, but found that work too often drained me. Now it's first thing in the morning and no matter what happens during the day, I've still gotten my workout in.

I can't do it early either. I've never tried but I don't think it would be a very good idea. I usually do it from about 3-10 at night.

just like anything else it takes a while to get used to it. after a couple of months your workouts are the same as any other time of the day.

a lot of the young people will find out when you are finished school and get out in the real world you might have no choice but to train first thing in the am before going to work. going to the gym after a 8-10 hour day of work gets old fast...
