There is already a thread on this, but I don't feel like finding it. I haven't regular benched in over a month, so I'm not sure anymore.

70# db decline bench last week super slow supersetted with inclined flys.
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

I don't bench, I dont like it very much. I love db press however. For incline I do the 100's for 8 reps with good tempo. Far from impressive for a guy who weights 230-240 but well, at least I progress.
    God bless

Around 252ish @ 6'2" I was doing 425 raw and 450 in a loose single ply. Before lifting I was benching a bit below bodyweight, so I'm not a natural bencher.

I did 195 on Monday. 50 lbs more than my current body weight. That was pretty cool. I was thinking maybe 180 by the end of June, but I surprised myself.

Looking at myself...it's kinda hard to believe I can actually lift that much. Hmmmm...yup.

The shirt added 135lbs to your bench?!?
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

yep, and that is nothing compared to what a lot of other lifters get out of there shirts. Some people get 300+ lbs out of there shirts. I am 176 lbs, and I am a woman!
