    Cardio and lifting

Does anyone lift and do cardio back to back? I have always been told that it is muscle suicide to jump into cardio right after lifting. Is it just splitting hairs or will it make a drastic difference?

I'm still trying to get rid of unwanted bodyfat and was thinking of adding and extra 20 minutes of cardio directly after my workout.

I usually suggest doing cardio on days that you don't lift. Some people claim performing cardio first thing in the morning or post workout is necessary to drop stubborn bits of fat when you start to get really lean. However, I don't see the point in performing cardio in this manner if you can successfully accelerate your fat loss by performing cardio on your days off from lifting.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

depends on the length of your workout. personally, my workouts last about 50 minutes, then i do 10-20 minutes of cardio afterwards. if your workout is much longer than that, i'd recommect doing it on a day where you don't lift.

that was perfect...just dont overdo the cardio on ur workout days...i like to warm up cardio 5-10 minutes low intensity(maybe slow jg or incline walk) workout weights for like 50 minutes...then end with 10-15 high intensity cardio...works great for me..but im a bit of a endomorph so i have to do some cardio
