    Fitness Noob Plz Help!

Hi, i want to know a way to get 8 pac abs in 2 weeks, a way to gain 30 pounds of muscle in a month, and put $4000 in my bank account by tomorrow... any ideas???

JK!!!! But seriously though, im a bout to go back to college in august and we have a gym (with free weights). Right now im just doin constructive cardio (like training for volleyball, dancing for choreography...ect). I also have some muscular strength (55lb = curl, 225 = bench press, 350 = squat?)... anyway im slim wit a muscular build, but i wanna gain some muscle and rip up my abz a lil more. Any guys in college or not have any idea on how i could gain muscle mass and stuff...given college student diets suck!!!

    Thanks,...

OH AND BTW... im sort of confused about this: TO gain muscle mass, you must take in more calories than u burn... TO get a six or 8 pack, you must burn more calories than u take in... so how do u get muscle mass and a six pac?! haha jk

    Thx

I used to have pretty good lines on my stomach....(the key words being used to) and i got them pretty quick by doing six inches. were u lay flat on your back and lif your legs up 6 inches or so off the ground. hold for as long as you can but dont strain urself to hard it will take a little time to build up to holding this for pretty much any amount of time over 30 seconds.its gona hurt a little but it got me lines pretty quick....my moose tracks ice cream and short attention span took them away though. o__/ ......thats what 6 inches is gona look like.only try to keep ur head on the ground... this will give ya that v muscle bye ur crotch too ( thats fun to pimp with ur shirt off) i am taking in as much as i can because i am trying to bulk....as for you i'd say take protein r creatine if u can afford it( my sisters r in college n they stay broke I dont know how your situation is. just try to limit junk food i guesse. good luck man!
currently 155 lbs ......goal 165 by november (thanks for the help )

1st... don't listen to the last guy, unless you already have low body fat, in which case I assume this thread would not exist.
2nd.. to really have abs you need to burn fat.. like you said, burn more than the cals you take in. Ask someone else useful on here, they can explain it better and enjoy it more than me.

well i duno my body fat %... but if i had to guess i would say 8%... i have somewhat cuts in my stomach... u can see the first 2 or 4 of six pax like a makings of a six pac.... all in all, im a slim guy... i dont have a problem wit my abz cuz i like em they are cool but i wanna know a good way to workout/diet while in college. TO reply to the other dude, i dunt have that much money, so ample supplies of creatin/protein is outa the question...and i dun wanna take fatburners cuz i dun need em and dun want them... i want this to be clean and honest mass gain... P.S. i dont wanna get super huge muscles... im a science major on the Ph.D road and i gotta make sure i maintain my muscle... thanx

I am takin O Chem next semester. Creatine is 100% safe... I can give you articles if you need em. Eat everything in sight I say... then cut in the summer when you have more control over your diet. It's hard enough to get enough AT school, so just EAT.
