    When Doin Close grip bench

    should your elbos be pointing outward and you arms fold perpendicular to your body.
    elbows pointing downward and fold parallel to your body.

    elbows should be tucked in, parallel to your body. You don't want to flare them out.

    Tell the ms. to leave for a night and i'll send the girl in my avatar over for one night, and one night only. more then that and i'm afraid you'll miss the next 2 weeks of training. Only us older guys can take her for a couple of days and keep training on schedule.
