how do u get good height ...i am 20.....5'8...in height....i want to be a bit more taller....

You could always try bone stretching, that's the process where they "stretch" your tibia etc with external vises. I wouldn't attempt it even if I was only 4".

Do some research, but remember: it can always go dead wrong

Hehehehe, I think your SOL cyber, 5'8" isnt that bad though, you could be short like prince.

I think I like Chicken Daddy's fertilizer bag option the best though.

5'8" is not that bad . Lift shoes are back in style go get a few pairs . I often wish i was taller but then i see my taller friends complaining about their knees and backs . God built you how you should be . Be happy you're not a midget ( not that theres anything wrong with that ) Besides a loww center of gravity makes you more agile than some lumbering oaf .

im 5'9 and i'd rather be this height than any taller because you can pack on more muscle than being a string bean.
