what are you doing now ? the best way is to train at or near your VO2Max, sprinting IMO is the best thing you can do.

you can also perform more work in the same amount of time. example: jog for 30 minutes and constantly try to increase your distance in the same 30 minute time period
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

Only the gym, I forgot all about cardio but when I tried to run for a while, it didnīt work well. Do you have the formula to calculate the VO2Max? I donīt have that eletronic thing.

I asked about respiration exercises because I donīt know what is the better way to inhale, I mean, long breaths? short breaths? fast? slow?

You probably did have trouble the first time you ran if it had been a long time. Just get in the habit of running more frequently/consistently and gradually increase your work capacity and cardio fitness. You might just want to set some specific running goals and work toward them.

If you just want to get a lot faster, just imagine some fully nude female playboy bunnies standing at the finish line waiting for you. You are familiar with that sort of thing right, rabbit?
