    Help with Full Body workout!!

Hey everyone, right now I am doing a full body workout routine where I do 4 sets and I do 8 and 12 rep combo. I am 211 and I want to get down to 195 I have posted in the diets section and it was a great help for eating wise but I was referred here for getting the most help regarding my compound movement workout.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Push movements to use: bench press, dips, military press
Pull movements to use: deadlifts, rows, pullups
Leg movements to use: squats, lunges, good mornings, stiff leg deadlifts

Use variations of all of them if you please.

can go wrong with those exercises! Now just pick a couple to do each work out. I like one push, 1-2 pulls and 1 leg movement. then maybe some shrugs or arms.

This is exactly my morning routine, I wake up, make a good push, a few pulls, and then my legs move violently.
