I would say no. Might be a bit of a cardio workout but no matter how much you jump, you won't feel the same as you would after HIIT running.
Such a thing?? I have a 13 ft circumference trampoline, anyone you guys can make up for me or know of something?

I don't see why not. You can do HIIT anything really. I do interval work with a jump rope sometimes.

I heard HIIT your head in the wall is quite effective.
Only problem I see that is if you are hitting that thing at 95% every time for 30 seconds, eventually you are going to be dangerously high, but not like cheech and chong high, more like the wright brothers without a parachute high.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

How much is a trampoling?Originally Posted by Fashong
Trampoline and I said it that was because your on the trampoline using it, I can't explain it!!

I don't see how using a tramp would get a person at or near their VO2Max plus your muscles aren't really doing any "work" even though your heartrate may be elevated
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

Nice.![]()
i had a trampoline for 7 years (got it when i was in 5th grade). It was really fun because my friends and I used to love WWF (now called WWE) back in the day and we always wrestled harcore. We were so stupid back then, could have easily killed ourselves but my dad recently sold it to a woman who had young children because we havent used it in like 2 years.
