I would say no. Might be a bit of a cardio workout but no matter how much you jump, you won't feel the same as you would after HIIT running.

I don't see why not. You can do HIIT anything really. I do interval work with a jump rope sometimes.

Only problem I see that is if you are hitting that thing at 95% every time for 30 seconds, eventually you are going to be dangerously high, but not like cheech and chong high, more like the wright brothers without a parachute high.

I don't see how using a tramp would get a person at or near their VO2Max plus your muscles aren't really doing any "work" even though your heartrate may be elevated
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

some guy teachs a trampoline aerobics class at the gym I go to and it looks like it is really killer. But, it isn't sprints/intervals or anything. More like step aerobics except on a trampoline.

I have no idea what you just said but I was wondering how much it costs? I rarely see one around here to sell.

So when you were 10 years old, you took $200, said what the hell and bought yourself a trampoline?

i had a trampoline for 7 years (got it when i was in 5th grade). It was really fun because my friends and I used to love WWF (now called WWE) back in the day and we always wrestled harcore. We were so stupid back then, could have easily killed ourselves but my dad recently sold it to a woman who had young children because we havent used it in like 2 years.
