back to back work out days?

Quick question...

I worked my chest and shoulders yesterday. Should i work my back today or wait until 2morrow? Would the body be able to repair both body parts at once or should i give an extra day inbetween and do my back tomorrow?

Hope that makes sense.

Why not ? Push one day, pull the next. Even legs could be done.. But after 2 days on, take a day off.

Yeah I know they're totally seperate movemements I was just wondering if your body repairs better with a day inbetween... I didnt see a problem with it, just a random thought.

Well crazy old man is going for something different. I pulled down one of Frank Zane's workouts. I started it today to see what would happen. You workout twice a day mon, tues, thurs, and fri. Wed only one workout.
Looks like this for me
Mon: morning--Legs, Bi's
Mon: Eve---delts

Tues: morning--Back
Tues: eve---Chest

Wed: Legs, Tri's

Thurs: morning--back
Thurs: eve--Delts, Bi's

Fri: morning--Legs, Tri's
Fri: eve--Chest.

I can see this will take some adjustment as I'm already tired from Cardio and working legs and bi's earlier. Don't even feel like lifting in about 30 min's on Delts...Looks like a good way to pickup an injury

Twice a day seems a little advanced, not to mention you need to have the time. I wouldn't last a day on that routine.

Your right i didn't. But i worked the hell out of my legs yesterday and after cardio that afternoon i was done. Now I have a new one. I'm going against all.
Seeings that the things that want to go on me, I figured why not work the hell out of them. I've been trying to get other area's of my body to grow but to no avail ie: Biceps and shit. So what seems to grow the best for me lately is traps, back and thighs. So here's the deal. I'll work delts, bi's, tri's and chest once a week. I'm going to work Legs and Back 3 x week Mon, Wed and Fri's. Piss on it.
