back to back work out days?
Quick question...
I worked my chest and shoulders yesterday. Should i work my back today or wait until 2morrow? Would the body be able to repair both body parts at once or should i give an extra day inbetween and do my back tomorrow? Hope that makes sense. |

Yeah I know they're totally seperate movemements I was just wondering if your body repairs better with a day inbetween... I didnt see a problem with it, just a random thought.

Seeings that the things that want to go on me, I figured why not work the hell out of them. I've been trying to get other area's of my body to grow but to no avail ie: Biceps and shit. So what seems to grow the best for me lately is traps, back and thighs. So here's the deal. I'll work delts, bi's, tri's and chest once a week. I'm going to work Legs and Back 3 x week Mon, Wed and Fri's. Piss on it. |
