My muscles are 4/5 water? 1/5 protein?

I had read this somewhere and said to myself, could I get bigger by drinking water? Is this true? Could I get bigger by drinking water? Maybe thats why its needed when taking creatine. Is water really important when building size? Probably tha wrong thread to put this then.

Drinking water is very good for you....most people don't drink enough. But your body will regulate how much water your cells hold....you can't force them to hold extra water....maybe for a few days but Homeostasis always brings your body back to the optimal healthy state.

Your body is about 68% water, you need it anyway. With this "homeostasis" you are not going to get huge drinking just water.
