cardio?

how much does cardio really help people lose fat? i'm just wondering because i don't really do cardio

I never got the results I wanted untill I got my diet and cardio in order. I'm sure there are many different opinions on this subject. For me, I need cardio.

I can get by on pretty much no cardio when I am trying to loose fat. For overall health purposes I think it is a good idea to do some cardiovascular activity though.

i think it also depends on how long you have been fat and how much fat youre carrying around. if the fat has been there for years and years its going to take more effort to get it off.
