cold after workouts

    cold after workouts

    for the last few weeks I've noticed that I've felt really cold for an hour or 2 after working out, does anyone know why this could be?

    You need a doctor for this question. Maybe your temp and or B/P is dropping after a workout for some reason...Are you a diabetic by any chance?
