Post A great workout routine

Thanks to the last post I submitted and all the replies all of you have contributed, we have brodened our knowledge for various training exercises.

These exercises primarily focus on the phalangial region (aka fingers).

Set one: read every post anyone submits and critique it until you are blue in the face
Do this until you get on everyones nerves within the forum.

Break: Get a protein drink and stretch those fingers.

Set Two: Ragardless on rather you are right or wrong call the opposing parties names and tell them how stupid they are. Do this repeatedly until it burns your fingers up.

Break: Clean out your backside becouse you will need it clean for your next step.


Set Three: Once everyone begins to mock, laugh and rip apart your entire being simply just start typing a bunch BS and technical jargon that noone understands or even cares about at that point.
