    join a sports team, play something you enjoy, save the gym, diet and all thar boring crap till ur old and dont have time 4 sports

    a lot of teenagers will have fat behind their nipples. its part of developement, and if you have a low bodyfat- it will go away in time. just exersize and eat right.

    i like that idea... i think i may try that myself, when it comes to cutting. theres no feeling like running the shit out of yourself....literally.
