Any help with Bench.

Currently for the summer I am strictly trying to lose weight but my bench has come to my attention and I have never been good at it, and to be honest I have never tried hard on it either.

Right Now I weigh 209 and am 6'1 I can do one 45lbs one each side with no problems and if I add one 10lbs on each side I struggle at it but still manage.

As for eating this is my eating:

Meal 1:
one egg + 4 egg whites
1/2 cup of oats
.5tbs of olive oil
2 fish caps
1 apple

Meal 2:
1/2 cup of cottage cheease
walnuts

Meal 3:
Tuna without mayo wrap or on a wheat bread 6"

Meal 4:
2 eggs +4 egg whites
.5tbs olive oil

Meal 5:
3/4 cup of oats
Whey
2 fish caps

After workout:
Whey
banana

My question is I am not maxing out with anything and the movements I am doing are to get me the cut I am going for and to lose weight, is it possible to get my bench up to 200lbs by end of summer with the diet I am currently on.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try DB's and Incline presses. What does your chest routine look like? How is the rest of your program?
