Post Ab work out and weight gain?

I have 2 questions. Sounds like you need more calories. You can't get enough protein when trying to build muscle. YOU need at least 130 grams per day, probably more. As far as abs go, I do 50 crunches every morning. That works for me.

I am trying to eat 460 grams of protein a day. I eat and eat and eat even when I can't stuff another bite in. I have gained only 3 lbs in the last month. You can't get your six pack and gain weight at the same time. Just keep lifting and eating and the weight will start to go up. I know it is hard, because we want to see those abs. Just try to keep your bf % around 10-12 and when it is time to cut you won't have far to go.

    Keep at it.

just eat wholesome food with alot of protein and clas. you should have 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight . try to eliminate cardio and work out with heavy weight if u can get more then 8 reps it is not enuff weight. Protein shakes will definatly help.
