    Routine advice

    3 day split
    1) back and bi's
    2) Chest and tri's
    3) Legs......

Is this a workable routine? I can go 4 - 5 nights a week. Sometimes I will hit shoulders and arms towards Friday because the pain is gone and I want to keep them worked.

That's a good split, a lot like mine... throw in some shoulders with those legs, and don't forget some calves and abdominals...

I do abs as a cool down before I leave. I do them almost every night I go, unless they are sore. I am sticking to core excersises to get more size for right now. So all excersises are the full movement large muscle group type.
I don't do too much of the singled out isolating sets.
I do squats, deadlifts, flat bench, incline bench, straight bar curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, bent over rows etc....

Talk about a split. The monkey Man is getting ready for his Banana Split

Then you have Mr. Lam who stops (because of the hot weather in Las Vegas) at DAIRY QUUEEN for his weekly sundies and still keeps that 10% B/F somehow. What a life and what country.
