    Back night

Sticking to core strength excersizes, what would be a good workout for back?

    I currently start with
    -wide grip pullups
    -bent over barbell rows
    -one armed rows
    -shrugs

should I add any more, or change it up?

I would do all the rows first and then med. grip pull ups and finally shrugs. Wide grip pull ups have injured too many people I know ( and I have had some shoulder problems that were aggravated by wide grip Pull ups) for me to risk it, plus med grip has a better R.O.M.

I dont think you need to use one armed rows and barbell rows in the same day because its basically the same thing. Just stick to one or the other.

I would add hypers, and close-grip lat pulldowns... I've been doin close grip lat pulldowns lately with palms facing towards me,with a small straight bar, and just goin heavy, and my lats are comin in more than ever.. I also do wide grip pullups, so keep those up too.

If I add those , would I still do pull-ups? How does this sound

    3 sets pull-ups
    3 sets lat pull downs
    3 sets close grip pulldowns
then either one armed rows or barbell rows
    shrugs or upright rows

Sounds great, your lats should be sore the next day. I would add in hyperextensions too . You be the judge of how the routine works for you, but you could also add seated rows (in addition to one arm dumbell rows)

and for pullups, go until failure, and squeeze the crap out of your lats.

-For shrugs, try out smith machine shrugs... I adore them, and they are bringing in my traps nicely, as shown in my picture

The bent over rows should get it.

Eh, I think this could go etiher way. I have tried both methods. Either one seems to work.

Just as long as you fit deadlifts, or some variation, into your routine somewhere you will be good to go. From my experience, deadlifts are the best for strengthening one's lower back. Olympic lifting is also great. Start light until you become comfortable with both.
