Im looking to lose around 1-2 stone in the next few months. Ive kinda been stuck in a rut and put 2 stone on in the past year or so and have kept at the same weight recently although i have started training again.
I have got access to the following:
Treadmill
Punch Bag
Exercise Bike
Abdominal Toner
Could anyone please give me some advice or workout plans i could do with the equipment i have.

in short. Burn more calories than you consume in a day.
3500 cals of fat = 1 lbs approx.
dont go too much into a calorie deficit otherwise you will plateau.
Go into a calorie deficit of about 400 every day. Wether that means eating 2800 cals and burning 400 on the treadmill.
In the End You Net Calorie intake should be 400 less than you maintainence level.
if your not worried about muscle, do early morning cardio b4 you eat.
