im 17 and im wondering if my skeletal frame will be growing any? im a definate easy gainer, but i feel "small" just cause of bones.
if i bulk really hardcore will it help? or just lift and eat how i would in a normal bulk (about 2500-3000 calories) and... if it helps to know .... im 157lbs dont know my body fat, but probably around 10ish and im 5'8 |

your bones will probably still be growing, unless youre unique in that respect. lifting weights will help them get more dense, also. small bones is a pluss if you get super huge, cause it helps create even more of an illusion of giant muscles.

Flex Wheeler had small bone structure, and at 220-245 5'9" he looked great.
