    Workout shoes

What shoes do you wear while working out? I've used crosstrainers before but have recently switched to running shoes (I don't normally do any cardio).

Right now I wear ASICS Gel Kayano XI running shoes with Spencos and I haven't found a more comfortable shoe. I was worried that running shoes wouldn't offer the stability of crosstrainers but my Kayano's work just fine - I have weak ankles and roll them quite often.

I'm curious if anyone uses any of the Nike Free 5.0s and if they like them or not. I've been considering getting the trainer version of them for use in the gym.

    Puma!!!

I am crazy when it comes to shoes. Love shoes for some reasons. I usually lift in Puma Romas or Puma Mostros... SOMETIMES in Adidas ROMs...

My Mostros are shown below... very lightweight, VERY comfortable... a driving shoe I believe. You can look up the other two shoes I mentioned if you want.

i heard that the nike frees give very little support and have very little padding, but if that is what you are looking for, go for it.

That's the point of the shoe. It's literally suppose to be a "cover" for your foot and nothing more.
