    sculpting the ulimate V shape

My main goal right now is to get a great V shape. I am slim around the waist but I want to go really wide. I don't want to go freakishly wide like Colman or anything but I think his shoulder width proves that there is a way to change your bone structure with training because it doesn’t seem possible for anyone to achieve that genetically. I am looking for any suggestions people have to decrease hip width and increase shoulder width. I do have a really slim waist but my wide hip structure spoils the nice effect.

Thanks for your help and I welcome any suggestions

work on your back. Your Lats especially. Chin Grip Pulldowns or Chinups, Wide Grip Pulldowns..etc... all work on your lats.

Working on your shoulders does little for actual shoulder width. But dont just work on 1 part of your body. You will look severely out of proportion and it will definately look ugly.

    Train everything.

I natually have great lats. before i even started working out I could flex them into an awsome lat spread and now i find they are getting out of proportion.

Give me a break here. What, what, what. You have a small waist and your lat are getting to big and you want to know how to get that V-shape. What the hell do you call what you have now. I would call that a V-Shape unless you have no idea what lats are!

You cant change your bone structure. You got what you were born with. Live with it.

You can change your build though. For the V, build your lateral delts, and your lats. Basically, build your back and shoulders, while trimming your waistline.
