New training programs come and go, but the best thing you can do is change your workout up from time to time. I change mine every 6-8 weeks, and I never jump on the "new amazing secret" workout bullshit bandwagon.

There's no set time. If a workout stops working, then I change it. Could be a couple of months. Could be several.

My program is always P/RR/S, but I modify my split every 6 weeks or so.

I said 2-4 months, but I stick to what works until I stagnate or feel the need for something fresh.

I modify my workouts every week. Each workout for a body part is different from workout to workout. I have some basics that I always do for certain bodyparts, but I change up the other exercises that I do for them.

i keep the same type of workout, but i change the order of exercises and what days I do them every 4 weeks or so. for example - for 4 weeks on chest day i'll do flat bench first, followed by incline. the next 4 weeks i'll do incline first, followed by flat. some weeks i'll work biceps and triceps together, then i'll switch to back and bi, and shoulder and tri, etc
