You can't build a peak.

Hit the DB curls,
where you twist your wrist/thumb from outside to FWD at the top of the ROM

Hold and squeeze the contraction till your fingers fall asleep...

do sets of 3-4 reps on a preacher bench using this technique
At 3-4 reps each rep should take 10-15 seconds (of hell)

You WILL need a spotter for this

Right answer: Synthol

Hey PT;

Genetics is genetics. Cant change that. Just increase the overall mass and youll get a better peak. If youre going simply for looks and nothing else, then why not shoot some Pump-N-Pose?

I have heard that if you increase the size of your brachialis it can compress your bicep a little bit and create a slightly more peaked look. I'm not sure how much validity this holds, but it can't hurt to try.

I would say it holds about as much validity as weight lifting increasing natural HGH production.

I don't know how proven this is, but it is something that I saw Gopro say at one point in time.

Oh yeah, and hormone levels do increase after a workout:

I grabbed all these links in about 30 seconds from Google.

One of the articles says the following:

"The American Society of Exercise Physiologists, reported at it's 2001 annual conference in Memphis, that six sets of 10 rep-maximum squats raised peak HGH significantly in the control group from 0.1 to 1.0 ug/L."

As I said, this was 30 seconds of Google searching. You can find better articles if you spend 30 minutes.

Well, I always get more DOMS in my braccii (sp?) and less in my brachialis (which I THINK is what you would be going for) if I turn my thumbs as outward as possible.

YOu can tell what I mean If you just lift your arm... flex ur bicep as hard as possible... then turn you wrist outward as far as you can... you feel it pull tighter at the top of your bicep.

Basicly... I do straight bar curls... hands about 4-5 inches wider than shoulder... and i try to turn my wrists till I actually feel the weight being taken off of the fold between my thumb and index, so I actually am resting the weight on inner side of my hand. This may make NO SENSE at all... sorry if that is the case

Thats right I need 15 documented sources at least as well as a 25 page paper going into detail how this chemically works.

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

you build your biceps, if the shape of your bicep (yes, genetically) peaks then it will.

I have a secret exercise that I developed for bicep peek, since I am now retired from Pro Body Building and Pro Auto racing I can tell you. I put on leg boots and hang upside down from a chin up bar then I inject 12 CC's of bile from my gallbladder into each bicep right at the peek.....and then hang there upside down for 8-15 hours until it takes effect...try it you will be amazed at the difference it makes.

You can not shape your muscles, they can just grow (or become smaller)

You crack me up "E". Think I'll jump into this computer and beat the shit out of you. But first I'll do the injection. Instead of bile it will contain 17 cc's of tren acetate and and 24 cc's of Test Prop. Injection site will be the left quarter side of my penis. Shit Guess I can't do that either as the wife is chasing our horse around with that 50 cc syringe I was going to use. Damn it linda give me back my equiptment and get your own horse syringe.

You could try training the brachialis more. Its the muscle that is kind of between the tricep and bicep. Hammer curls
