    SLDL form

When lowering the BB, are you supposed to go just a few inches below the knees or try and go as low you can to the floor?

depends on your flexability and how bad your back is rounding out.

I like doing them. After 24h, get ready to have sore hammies and feel like you got kicked in the butt by a mule

In case you arent aware. When you are going down, dont forget to push your butt back. Like you are trying to touch the wall on the other side of the room with your butt. Good luck!

Thanks for the tips... that feeling is what I need... I've had trouble hitting my hamstrings. Thanks!

I go about 1 inch above the floor. I used to do them on a platform and touch the barbell to my feet.

I touch the floor lightly and bring the barbell back up. Of course, if you can't quite go to the floor, just keep going a little bit lower each workout until you can get there, but like it was said above, keep your back straight above anything else.
