    why can't i see the left side of my abs as good as the right side?

    i'm starting to get a 6 pac and the right side of my abs seem bigger do u know why? it might be because i have a scar on the left side but the scar is not on the abs

    my right abs are bigger too. thats a good question.

    if you can see all your abs at 23% bodyfat, imagine how amazing they will look at 7%!

    it will all fall into place in time bud. If you train right and train hard at your age just
    imagine the shape you could be in by the time your in your 20's. Just don't harp on stuff
    like this and mess up your self image. 23% is a very unhealthy BF to be at I'm guessing
    it's not correct if you can see any abs at all.

    Train hard, eat right and in a year or 2 you'll have beat the girls off with stick

    i don't really feel like posting my whole routine but heres my split Monday:chest,forearm,abs
    Tuesday:back,legs
    Wednesday:triceps,chest,abs
    Thursday:biceps,back
    Friday:triceps,legs,abs
    Saturday:forearm,biceps
    ....................and i eat what i think is healthy and i drink lots of water and 2% milk

    You can see your abs at 23% bf. wow. When you get to 10% you will be able to see your kidneys.

    kenwood.

    from what you posted of your routine, its not very good. take the time to write the complete workout down, and post it. this way we can give you some feedback, and help you develop a better one.

    a couple of things that stick out are that your overtraing; not giving your muscles enough recovery, and your not doing any cardio.
