    ab training

I was wondering how many days a week would be ok to train abs, i already have bulky abs so its not so much to get them, but just to keep them?

Me too, twice a week. I really don't see the point in doing them more often. I'll never understand people that train them every day or claim to do a certain number of situps or crunches every day. That's great. Time well wasted.

Just like any other muscle group, once per week will suffice.
