    dropset question...

    When you do dropsets do you drop weight until you get to the bar, or do you do you a certain amount of sets to failure?

    Ill typically only do 1 drop set at about 60% of the previous weight to failure.

    There are all kinds of different methods to doing this...

    I usually use a "Split" cutting the weight directly in half...

    But in the past I've done things like,
    A set with 1 working weight (heaviest) and then,
    just a series of 10 or 20 lb drops to infinity

    Have Problems?... Chances are its due to overpopulation
