    Arrow When do they recover?

    Lo everyone
I have been weight training for a year now, and a few days ago I kinda over-did myself (Its not a problem).
But I am just wondering, when do the muscles recover? During they day, while you are asleep? Or both?

Any form of answer will be nice

    THanks,
    Final

The body is constantly repairing its self, there is no one time it repairs or grows.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

more repairs go on while you sleep though, because it can put all its energy to that.

Majority during sleep, minority at other times.
