    Weighed Dips

Weighed Dips. How much weight can you do for 10 reps. Now lets be fair and give an honest answere. Last year I couldn't do one with my own bodyweight. Now I can get 10 reps with 65 lbs

I can do 14 at my current BW. I haven't even tried to add weight but that will be soon. Being that I'm 255lbs I think 14 is pretty damn good.

    I can do 12 with 65 lbs. I'm light though...only 170lbs
But when you disarm them, you at once offend them by showing that you distrust them, either for cowardice or for want of loyalty, and either of these opinions breeds hatred against you.
