eat 6 meals a day, its better than 4

get your diet in check, and make sure your macronutrient ratios are right

How often do you work your arms? I found less to be more.

I agree with Min0, with arms, you really dont need 15 sets, 3 times a week, despite what magazines and the retards at the gym may say.

The diet, IMO, is your main problem, you ABSOLUTELY MUST get your diet wrangled in, and have it nailed out, that'll get you results, Mr.

    Hiya,
My advice is to start with eating six meals per day, intake as much protein as possible, 200 -300 Grams preferably. To get this ammount of protein I eat many of cans of tuna in spring water, chicken breast, turkey breast, lots of egg whites and as a foundation to my protein intake I have three good quality whey protein shakes spaced throughout the day and without fail one after a work out.

When you train do less reps and go as heavy as you can, you really need to have a training partner to spot you so that you can get the last couple of reps out. I go four times per week to the gym, the rest gives my body time to grow also sleep lots and drink a fair ammount of water.

You will be able to find many different diet plans on this website and others, take a look at one and customise it to fit you. Remember to grow you need to eat abnormal amounts of protein and train very hard for short periods of time, oh yeah and be patient

If your diet is unpredictable, then so will be your results. Go over to the Diet forum and read the sticky 'Guide to...'. Then post your diet there with all meals and macro/cal breakdowns for a critique.
