Right, first off how old are you.
Second off, you need to get your Diet and Training in check before you think about supplements.
Supplements: Protei Powder, Vitamins, Fish Oils, and maybe Creatine.

ok im 5'11 195lbs and i play ftball. what i need to do is get to about 210lbs of muscle. i was looking into anabolics but i dont want to go that route i'd rather be natural. geneticly i gain muscle and weight somewhat easily. i just need to know what supps i should be taking to get what i want to achieve. i was thinkin cytogainer. i dont want to take cell tech anymore because as soon as i get off of it i lose all my weight again.

the best thing to get past a sticking point in your weight is your diet..what is yours as of now?
no im not in highschool im 21 and play semi pro football. if u werent such a fag about it i'd even give u the website for the league. i def. dont want no advice from u. anyways i have a good diet i'd say i get 100-150g of protein daily. maybe not nearly enough calories(i doubt i could keep track all day) and i never eat junk food. also i work so i dont get as many meals as i probobally should. but im changing all that as soon as i can figure out a good plan for what i need to achieve my goals
I would read the nutrition stickies if I were you. The only supplements I would recommend taking are flax seed oil and a daily multivitamin. Personally I don't like the idea of taking other supplements because once you get off them you lose all the weight you gained. A lot of that weight is just water retention anyways.

Ditch all the Muscle-Tech junk and save your money for something else.
Creatine = EAS phosphagen HP
Protein = good whey on true protein. (Read my signature, look for protein).
Vitamin = GNC Mega Mens or One-A-Day Men's
EFA's = Fish Oils from local pharmacy
That should help.
Next, read some Nutrition sticky's and get your Diet in line, the Diet will improve your gains by 100%
Make sure your Training is in line. You probably got a Football strength routine, maybe your wanting to gain muscle, your probably doing strength training. Stick with Hypertrophy, 8-12 reps.
P.S. I would never use "Anabolics" to gain 15lbs.

It happens every week, some 15 year old wants to gas up and lies about his age...you just sound young to me. If I'm wrong then I'm sorry, but I have to go with my gut, I don't want to one of the people on this site ( just a few of them thank Ford) who give steroid cycle advice to 18- year olds .Originally Posted by gettnbig

goodness, doesnt that cell tech and the protein muscletech sells give u the shits...so overrated...drop that trash man and quit buyin into the hype...dont u see their 15page ads all in the muscle mags...u think they can afford to advertise like that cause they have a small overhead? that company is hilarious, juiced up guys like cutler and cormier on the ads claiming they are huge because of nitrotec/celltech....
if u search the anabolics section you will find the recommended cycle for a beginner... and foreman (i think his nickname is foreman fuck) lol, is giving the right advice.. young stupid nieve users end up doing something dumb and giving the juice a bad name... be smart and dont fuck it up for everyone else
100-150g of protein per day isn't nearly enough at your weight to gain weight. It should be close to 200-300g per day. Also, to bulk you'd probably want to eat somewhere around 3500-4500 cals per day.Originally Posted by gettnbig
no i dont want to use roids. i wanted to know what would be best for me to use giving my stats and goals. i was thinkin like cytogainer in the morning and maybe a whey protein mixed with nitro tech but muscle tech is trash so i dont know what im gonna do. i was planning on gettin 200g protein=3500cal/daily.

Watching your protein alone is not enough calories to put on that kind of weight. You need calories for weight gain, what that weight gain ends up being is going to be based on your training, genetics, and what your actual diet looks like.
Taking a supplement here or there is not going to substitute for food.
If you add in another 100g of protein spread throughout the day (this is a must), that is going to be about another 400 calories for you to start out with.

ok thanx alot for the help. im glad i came here b4 jumping into the cycle of roids i was going to do.

It may not take a lot of calories to maintain a given weight, but to start out with that amount (say 500 calories) may make the weight gain itself painfully slow. This is one reason people have bulk and cut dietary cycles. It is very very slow for me to lose weight unless I litterally dont eat AND I work out hard through the day, and the only way for me to gain weight very quickly anymore is to risk putting on more fat and water than I'd like.
Good luck
