    Where should I add these...

Where should I add calves and traps. I am currently doing calfs on the days I do legs but and am wondering if it's ok to do them on the same day I do abs and cardio, and I do traps on back day but I want to put them in leg day. Should I switch it up or keep doing what i've been doing?

    My current split is:

    Mon- Chest, Biceps, Shoulders

    Tuesday- Abs and Cardio

    Wednesday- Legs

    Thursday- Rest

    Friday- Back and Triceps

    Saturday- Abs and Cardio

    Sunday- Rest

I do calves on leg days. Is there a reason you don't do them that way?
