Stomach muscles...

Anyone see Brad Pitts stomach in Fight Club? How the hell would you do that? I mean it's obvious you have to be like 3%... but they are like unique looking. Any ideas?

Brad Pitt Prolly got paid to work out with a personal trainer for 8 hours a day with a personal trainer..I mean look at will smith in ALI he is huge! all he did was do a 10 hour workout 6 days a week for 6 mounths......you gotta understand actors are rich and dont need to work like the corporate suckers most of us are. ask yourself if you wee rich and wanted to get big would you buy the best personal trainer money can buy and instead of work 8 hours just work out 40 hours a week?

Hmmm...try drugs, training and already low metabolic set points.

Brad pitt must have been on soooo many methamphetamines during fight club. Staying that lean and "dry" for the what? 4-6 weeks of shooting? That's crazy...

Ask Gopro how long he likes staying in contest shape for (lack of water etc...)

What good would working out for 8-10 hours per day do? That is one of the biggest and most rediculous myths in bodybuilding! One hour work-outs, 4 days per week is plenty, unless you take steroids and GH.

Pro bb's typically use a split routine, example 45 minutes in the morning working chest, and then another short work-out in the evening to work tri's.

You do not need a PT to look like Brad Pitt. You need determination and discipline. Brad Pitt is skinny, granted in that movie he gained a little muscle and he was very lean. As far as separated abs, that is genetic.

As far as drugs, he probably uses cocaine.

He was in good shape but I think Brad Pit is probably always that lean, there's no way he was like 3%, probably more like 7-9%. (You'd see a shit load of veins at 3 and its not good for your health to be that low for a period of time)

My wife has a cousin that doesn't work out at all and his stomic always looks like that, good metabilism. Lucky bastards.

Cool

Brad Pitt is a person with a high metsbolic rate to begin with.
Main point is dont compare yourself to others you are your own person and need ti find out your base metabolism rate.
Acttors like him can eat and train and eat and train where the average joe has to work and take on responsibilities in life.
You can get in shape though with dedication, committment and pesevearance. Choose a good roel model and set your sights high keep hope alive and never give up.

the shape of your abs is determined by your genitcs. his abs are his and his only. you can get your midsection as lean a his do all the ab exercises you can and your abs will still look like your abs.
I think Ronnie Coleman is a good example of this.

you lost me bro. , Pitt's has the abs he has because those are the abs he was given. Coleman is in the same boat, he has crappy abs but its genetic thats all I am trying to say. and no, i am not a fan of either.

Brad Pitt's abs are not that good looking in my oppinion. He wasn't supposed to be mega buff in Fight Club either...he was supposed to be exactly the way he seems to be in real life too...Slobby but gifted.
