Stretch them every single day.
when I work out my biceps, they usually get really hard and after a set they would feel bulky and hard to move, so I usually massages them to get them to be softer so I can do the next set, is that recommended? if I don't do anything then it takes a while, but then i'd have to warm up ..... any tips appreciated![]()
when they get all pumped and slugish like you were talking about, stretch the crap out of em. they will probably grow a bit.
