    stomach pain

    guys i need some help i dont no whats causing it but it hasent always done it to me but after working my abs out for awhile i go and eat something my stomach gets as big as it can get and tight i no im not full bc i only ate a small amount and then it goes away i havent worked my abs in 3 days and im still feeling this way sometimes after eating my stomach gets really big and i no im still hungray but i dont want to keep eating any ideas of whats causing this ythanks

    What is your diet now, has it changed? It might be a food algery or just a reaction to a supplement, some people have problems with creatine and certain protein powders.

    diet is the same i stoped taking creatine awhile ago i have been supplement free i jus taking my viatmins do u think its something to do with stomach muscles?

    I don't think it's the stomach muscles, I usually wait 30 min after a workout before I eat, so try not eating immediately after the workout and see if that helps. If not you might want to see a specialist for a more informed opinion on your stomach problem.

    people get bloated for different reasons. Anything from food allergies to problems with the digestive system. Hate to ask, but is everything coming out alright?

    well not really not lately i gotta get to the doctors somethings defintly not right
