    Stretching??

Can anyone give me a good, simple stretching routine for overall flexability?
Any thoughts on if stretching helps or hinders lifting?
I never stretch, I ALWAYS warm up, and will continue this, I want a seperate, whole body flexability routine (I am one unflexible dude)
    Thanx
