Sorry I can't call any of the exercizes i do uncommon. I read of a few but nothing I have really tried. I do use a reverse grip bench for triceps sometimes.
Whats the most uncommon/weird excersize you have been shown or told to do.
(not a pointless tip that doesnt work)

Upright flyes or whatever they are called, I saw Bertyl Fox doing them in the Arnold Enclycopedia book. Hard to explain this.
the trainers at my local mainstream gym have people doing a lot of wierd shit. i guess, its just the stuff you see in the magazines lately. its all just a fad. i cant really describe the exersizes, but theyve got them with one leg on a stability ball, and the other on the ground and using cables and going strait up into the air with em.. its wierd.
another is you hold weights in your arms and your bicep is parallel to your body with the forarms parallel to the ground and you turn your torso and do knee highs. kinda wierd.
ITS SPELLED EXERCISE...EXERCISES.![]()

there is one where you have a weight on a rope attatched to a bar. you hold your arms out in front of you and wind the weight up n then back down. i hear it's painful...
Don't look back ~ You're not going that way!

I love that one, if anyone wants Popeye forearms I recommend this one.Originally Posted by rockgazer69

I agree. I love this exercise! For forearms, I usually do this after wrist curls; it really pumps my forearms.Originally Posted by min0 lee
