    i just started cutting and i need....

    i need a chest workout to help get rid of a liitle bit of fat on the chest any help will be great

    All you can do is drop body fat by diet and exercise, there is no such thing as spot reduction.

    There is no such thing; cutting up is all about burning more calories than you eat. The amount of reps or exercises you do for chest will not change your fat% in that area. I have cut up doing 12-15 reps and 5-8 reps and it made no difference...its all diet.

    of youre just begining and youre worried about your chest being "fat," chances are that its underdeveloped. just do benchpresses with good form for a while. dont do any complicated shite, just a ton of regular flat bench, and as soon as youre not sore for a day do it again. i suggest you use a spotter and go heavy and try to reach negative failure.
