    Working out while sore

I do 3 total body workouts a week. I worked out yesterday, and today I'm soooo sore that I can barely walk. Is it OK to workout tomorrow?

    Thanks

If you're that sore, you should probably take another day or so off. If you're sore longer than that, you should take a look at your workout and see if you're using too much volume.
But when you disarm them, you at once offend them by showing that you distrust them, either for cowardice or for want of loyalty, and either of these opinions breeds hatred against you.

What exactly do you do? How many sets per body part each workout...and you do that 3x a week?

I see, I'm not a big fan of the 3x a week idea of training each muscle....in fact I just think it's the flavor of the month.

do an active recovery training session. so basically use 60% of the working loads that you used for the previous training session
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
