Im kinda small right now at about 160 pounds but im really defind and built because i do a lot of shaping excercise's and don't eat like a cow. I need a good Bulk Building routine so i can build my overall size and Bulk up my figure and cut it down later, i dont wana spend all my time doin useless shaping if i dont have to be doing it. Im gonna get back on my Whey Protein and eating like a horse, i need some excercise's tho and a good routine.
