    lower chest

    my lower chest is undeveloped and i was going to do either decline dumbell presses or decline close grip bench press but i wanted your opinions first

    dips are great for lower pecs, especially weighted if you are able to handle weighted dips.

    If you want to do decline bench though, I personally would go with decline dumbell bench but your question is really up to the individual and what works best for that individual.

    With a max bench of 150.. can't be huge yet, so I wouldn't worry about certain "parts" of the chest. You really can't divide ur chest up much anyway, just keep focusing on ur bench, and overall chest strength/size.... it will all get bigger.

    i wanted to do decline dumbell presses because i thought each pec will get worked equel and with decline bb bench the right pec might help the left pec and the right pec would do all the work so i think i'm goin to do decline dumbell presses...how many reps and sets would you do?

    There is no lower chest. There is a sternal head and a clavicular head, which cannot contract separately.
