you either need to change something about your lifts (ie rep tempo) or you need to be eating a lot more than you are. the diet is crucial, because you literally are what you eat, and you are how much you eat.

do you find yourself on this board 24/7? if so, you need to get off of the net and get to the gym and train!

hey bro i just turned 18, since i was 16 i have been working out, changing routines, and weights, lifts. and my diet has stayed the same. though more as i get heavier. i use creatine, nitric oxide , methoxy, and ecdysterone. i eat 80 grams fat, 600 grams protein, and 800 grams carbs. so wait the results will come.

well duh, but since they are low in dietary fats and high in protein they are an ideal choice. you also need to lower carbs, do cardio, drink plenty of water, and a thermogenic stack wouldnt hurt.
