    Upper Inner Chest

2Day i realized that my chest would look so much better if my upper inner chest was the same size as the rest of my chest. Can anyone reccomend excercises for the Upper Inner Chest?

Read the stickies on the page.

You cannot isolate the upper inner chest. The Pecs grow as a whole.
