    Farmers' Walk

This has quickly become perhaps my favorite exercise since I first tried it last week. I was just curious as to what distances and weights people here use, and how many times they do it. For example, I go about 20 yards (with turns) with 210 pounds and I do it thrice. I was surprised that you can really feel your heart beating after that. It's almost like weighted cardio or something... Hmm...

It's not too good on your spine and especially your organs.. It won't do much except help you with running with heavy weights... which isn't really THAT usefull... you could get a job at a warehouse and you'd get paid for doing it too..

I've never heard of it being bad for you. Could you explain why it's bad for the spine and organs? It just doesn't make much sense to me.

I can't even reply to this. I have to go to work and this would take all day.
