    WTF is this?!?

Lately.. when i work my triceps really well... ill notice that if i flex it really hard, or near the end of the concentric movement wheni squeeze.... it feels like there is electricity running down my tricep.. this used to happen a lot on overhead presses and i was told to strengthen my rotator.. so i did. now its happening on tricep pressdowns as well. i have no idea what it is. anyone know?

no, it just feels like a jolt of electricity running through your arm.. like if youve ever been shocked by something with a low voltage/amperage.

Probably to much tension on the joints, coused by overtraining.

does it have something to do with your "funny bone" you know in your elbow? cuz when you bang it it feels like electricity. i got hit by a pickup once when bike riding n hurt my elbow i had this feeling on n off for a few months after but i doubt it had anything to do with my puny girl muscles.
