Need help, putting together a training schedule..trying to reduce body fat(need to lose about 10 pounds still), and sculpt- muscle. I am female,,,40 and just into health and fitness about 9 months.
I need to know the sequence of training muscle groups. I prefer to do 3 days of weight training per week,for my schedule.
i begin with cardio, should i go to lower, then upper, or ciruit train an a certain order??![]()
Any advice would be great!
