Wait till tuesday I guess, or take a week off, or stagger your days to catch up.

Or tell them you will never be their friend again until they get some weights

Taking two weeks off every 6 months is actually good for you, if you mis a workout or two this week don't even worry about it.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

Breaks are good, I wish I took them more often.

after a long period of working out a week or two off is good...you'll probably go back to the gym stronger then before you left...that is how it is for me.

Bah, have your buddie sit on your back while you do push-ups. Throw him over your shoulder in a "Fireman's Carry" and do lunges. Then do crunches while he holds a towell across your forehead and tries to pin your head down.

    You'll be fine.

I'd find there's a easy solution to your problem. Get a paper route to earn some money. This will serve as 2 fold. 1) the paper route riding a bike delivering those papers will give you all the cardio you need. 2) The money serves as the funds for joining a GYM~!.....you now have the best of two worlds and don/t have to rely upon your friends
