lol, no relax. You're way in over your head. Somedays you are going to be sore, and other days you won't. It all depends on the intensity and if you did too much, a possible indicator of overtraining.

Mine is really sore from only 4 sets of pressing, but my rep range and technique changed on 2 of those sets. Like said above, some days you are some days you aren't. Search up on DOMS too if you haven't come across it, delayed onset muscle soreness.

First thing I would think of: did I overtrain? I guess after you worked out you came home, drank your shake and sat down jerking off on the gayporn that was downloaded during your trainsession. Now your mainmuscle during wanking is the triceps, but don't underestimate the pecs (for explosive power).
Conclusion: dont wank after your chesttraining.

Wrong do not stretch the muscles to be worked prior to lifting. You need to read some of the old post on this forum

See there are others who know how to read others that can't read. Looks like Double did some research. Some of these others should do the same thing before giving out dumb advice that could get someone hurt.

I have read that it is good to stretch after your work-outs. The only muscle I stretch after my workout is my calves.
